Worst experience ever pathetic service never visit waste of money!!

We stayed at a mountain View room 202... And the experience was pathetic. The spring of the bed was out, the swimming pool was dirty and a torn towel was given to us the bathroom flush was so strong the dirty commode water was coming out the tv in the room was not working for an hour hence we had to have lunch in front of the mechanic only... The service of the hotel was far worse than the amenities they first of all did not have tandoor and forced us to get only Chinese food the whole time for the stay last of all the worst was the behaviour of reception person named Sagar...He had a different attitude for each complaint we raised stating if we want to leave then we can go for it and also he was very rude ... It was a waste of money and a waste of our weekend.

It was terrible experience with Sunrise hill. We booked family room for our stay. When we checked in bathroom and rooms were not Cleaned , and it was smelly. Upon request the hotel staff did cleaned but it we had to wait and it was unpleasant experience. They do offer breakfast which is not good in taste poha was half cooked. During checkout we had to face many difficulties hotel staff was not at all accommodating.

Hotel is located in hilltop colony, very good location for walks etc.Car parking is very less, 4 cars max.Kids play area was dismantled and of no use.No chairs/bench for sitting beside swimming pool.No proper changing area(there were 2 bathrooms 5 stair down, those were stinky.) They had to be reminded 4 times(in duration of 4 hours) to recharge the DTH tv connection in room(It has ants coming in, no channels).Finally when they did it and all Chanel's started coming, remote battery went out. (TV in room becomes imp entity when you have kids and senior citizens around and nowhere much to go due to covid shop timings/waterfalls banned.) Room was a standard room, no valley view(that is fine),light fittings were falling off(the tube lights in lamps were disconnected from one side and giving unsymmetrical look to room),holes in wood,(room was perfectly cleaned though.Give staff credit for that.) Swimming pool was small but good.Only there was extremely noisy group of 15 boys who were shouting, pushing each other in water and making things scary for any other people to be around.(I hope they give good reviews to hotel, they had a gala time.) Food was good.They did mess up our lime soda salted order 2 times, but most hotels do that. All in all, this is originally a good property (marble stairs etc) but currently some budget issues maintaining it.Rooms with big holes in wood are not acceptable.Also if you happen to miss premium rooms, their hotel being on beautiful hill does not make any sense for you.Go only if you can get premium rooms facing swimming pool side. To be fair, some of issues might be due to covid and loss of business,staff shortage due to that. Staff was very polite, sincere but over worked. Receptionist madam is a sweet lady maintaining her calm and working efficiently. Breakfast was medu vadas(good in taste), yellow color idly(it was also good in taste as per family members but kids refused to eat due to yellow color.),egg bhurji with only salt and sugar and onions/chilly/tomato/spices.Tea taste was good. Go here only if you can get swimming pool view rooms.They are probably well maintained too.It will ensure that money you spend are not feeling like wasted.

So we booked the hotel for Dec 2020. Hotel staff allowed Us for 1 hour early check-in. The hotel has few rooms with spectacular views of the mountain. It's not a costly hotel so cannot expect much about the room services and facilities but I must say that it's a good hotel to stay at.

Nothing is good for this resort except location 1. There was no hand wash or sanitizer in room, since it necessary in pandemic 2. Breakfast : street food severed (Poha, missal & egg bhurji) 3. AC : Super Deluxe room was big and single ac was not sufficient. It wasn’t cooling properly. 4. Room Interior was very poor 5. Toilet flush was not working properly 6. There is no car parking
